Did they have working television sets in Fallout 3? Is that a new thing?
Yup, but it was largely under played. It was meant to resemble that time when the radio was king, and the television was just starting to be used. The TV took a surprisingly long time (all things considered.) to reach saturation. It was a long, slow, almost painful change in medium.
And I honestly don't care if it was made using the same engine as new vegas. The game looks AWESOME, and I cannot wait to play it. Course, massively high end graphics have never really been a big priority for me. Hell, I would take PS2 level graphics if it meant huge open worlds and little to no loading times.
