Yo, it's the Dragon Ball thread! Z, Kai, Super, FighterZ, and anything else you wish to discuss

Took me a second to realize how you meant that. Hopefully Super won't repeat that movie adaption retreading if it ever restarts the series.
Was at walmart earlier and they had the first half of the Kale BAF wave of Dragon Stars. I was almost tempted to leap into another collecting habit before i stopped myself

I have kept myself out of that.... by collecting the damn much more expensive Figuarts...
On the other hand, I was happy to score the last convention Broly they had on Saturday during Otakon last year (they had a limited number of him, Vegetto, and Cell each day).

...So...that Dragon Ball Super: Broly Broly figure that was shown in the Dragon Stars line...Where's that at?...Because Bandai America announced they're quitting BAF's...and I thought he was one...Or was that the larger and simpler Limit Breaker Series one somehow?
Edit: Definitely wasn't the Limit Breaker version, there's definitely a Dragon Stars DBS: Broly Broly figure, but it's not listed anywhere, even though every other figure in the reveal he was revealed in is listed online and are starting to come out.

But the Vic fanboys are going to mifffffed! Funimation cut the interview with him from the Blu-ray!

Exactly. I sadly keep subjecting myself to the Vic fans on YouTube just because I hate myself. It astounds me the length of belief they have in him despite years of accusations coming home to roost.
So if the rumored continuation of Super comes along, do we get more Broly or do we go Multiversal GT?

Well, that's all right, I "subject" myself to the unhinged social justice drones on this forum on a near-daily basis, for possibly the same reason.
You know there's a reason for that right?
He ate a signed jellybean. The horror.
You don't have "years of accusations," you have a libelous and uncorroborated hitpiece on hugging Gizmodo of all places, a doctored video of an interview where he's bracing himself on the reporters because they ambushed him after a 12 hour signing and he could barely stand up, falsified testimonials using pictures of women in their late 20s with no permission to make claims of underage fondling, and one apparently "homophobic" refusal to sign a pornographic doujinshi which may or may not have simply been because it wasn't a licensed product. That was totally worth the SWAT hoaxes and racketeering, amirite?
Here's a far more simple explanation. MarzGurl started this whole thing to get revenge on Vic because he didn't want to cheat on his marriage and sleep with her, likely because he is a devout Christian who has hurt his wife once before and is trying to do right by her, but also most probably because he's a 10 and MarzGurl is a 3. So she drummed up a few dozen "victims" from her fanclub to "interview" and ghostwrote the aforementioned article, then launched her hashtag and forced FUNiMation to respond because #BelieveWomen #MeToo so they did their independent investigation and that was all they could come up with as an excuse to appease the mob and fire him. The most gradeschool playground bullshit imaginable.
Everyone on the receiving end of this lawsuit deserves to be buried.
