Here we go again folks! The 2015 Allspark Fitness project, brought to 3 years ago by Zodberg, is continuing on!

Both have been great years and a lot of great, very useful information has been passed on.
We also started something new around August last year...tracking our miles as a whole. This needs to continue on this year. Last year we were able to accumulate 1303.1 miles in just 4 short months. This year I think we should set a higher goal, how about 3500? Do you think we can reach it? If so, what are you going to do be doing to help reach that 3500 mark by December 31, 2015?
What about weight loss goals? Do we want to start maybe a goal for that at the years end....how many lbs as a group can we lose? Post your current weight this week, this time next year we post EOY weight and do some math?
I know my goal is to reach 210. When I got on the scale this morning after using the bathroom and stripping down naked I as 233.4. I think I have a very attainable goal. Ive already been looking at race down in El Paso when I get moved down there. I would REALLY like to do another half marathon this year.
