If I had a bit for every time you made me feel worthless, I'd be worth something by now.

You can detect Sombra at 4 meters instead of 2. But I dont know how far that actually is in the game. But you'll be an ultimate assassin like that. I wonder if I will still be able to sneak past doors with someone standing there...
Reinhardt's swing range is 5m, so slightly within that. You definitely won't be able to slip through an occupied doorway without being detected.
This is pretty amazing. Can't wait to check this dude out when he hits consoles.
Mind you, those are all 'bots that Hammond here is pulverizing. The bot AI isn't at all equipped to deal with Wrecking Ball right now. They just kinda gravitate towards his grapple point and stand there, not even bothering to shoot at him. This kinda strategy won't (or I should say, shouldn't) work on human players. Hammonds who just try to do this sort of thing all game are going to be chew toys. Mei especially seems to straight-up hardcounter these sorts of shenanigans, and be pretty decent against the hamster in general, and with the buff that she's getting in this patch (Sniper Mei back in the house), we might wind up seeing her a bit more often as well.

It does at least seem like it can be a semi-effective way to stall and zone a point against 1-2 opponents (depending on who, mind you. Again, if Mei or Reaper, you're probably better off just giving up and escaping), if you're stuck holding the fort while your team is on respawn. You can fling yourself to safety at any point, or suddenly detach and divebomb an unsuspecting squishy while throwing up your shields to save your ass.
The Hammond tactics I'm most going to keep an eye on are all his momentum slings up and over walls and cliffs that traditionally only Pharahs, Junkrats, or Winstons would employ. Junkrat and Pharah up over a "safe" wall can be problematic, but they're squishy and thus solvable quickly if you've got your wits about you. Winston over a wall is tougher, but not a particularly large threat by his lonesome, and thus is either suicidal or is a precursor to a full team push from some other angle and he's just the distraction. Hammond on the other hand drops over the wall with a cushy potential 1300HP (disregarding potential buffs from his teammates) while also tailing with him a contingent of devastating point-clearing mines. I suppose he's fairly analogous to a D.Va flying in, nuke in tow, but he's much more disruptive, if not as instantly deadly. The mines are a more persistent threat than a nuke and need to be dealt with accordingly, while the Wrecking Ball itself is a much more effective all-range fighter.

I haven't devoted a lot of time to him but I am not finding it easy to get the hang of the hamster.
Very, very happy with my decision to start maining Moira after that Blackwatch event though. It's constantly raining gold medals, and best of all... I used to be terrified of Genji, regardless of who I was playing. But for Moira he just melts into a pile of bones.

Everything's coming up D.Va today:
First off, new short:
Busan map reveal (and currently on PTR):
Plus new Figma (no signs of MEKA yet):
Figma announcement was obviously timed to coincide with the release of the short, since the figure comes with some accessories that debuted there.

Man. I haven't pulled the trigger on any of the Figmas yet, but I needs me that.
I'd wait until next year. Hasbro DOES have the rights for Overwatch merchandise beyond the Nerf Tie ins. So I'm hoping for a toy line debut next Toy Fair.
I'm sure the news that Fortnite is getting various toy items may add a bit more incentive for Hasbro to get some Overwatch stuff out.

Images of the initial batch of Overwatch Lego sets have leaked: http://www.tfw2005.c...1#post-16241226.
And since this thread has been quiet for awhile, there's an exclusive "Omnic Bastion" set available on Blizzard's store already.
