I'm perfectly fine with an all female Ghostbusters cast. People like Kristen Wiig, Emma Stone, Amy Poehler, Aubrey Plaza, Kate McKinnon, and Amy Acker would all make great characters in that world.
I really don't like the idea of a reboot. Everybody in the world has seen the first Ghostbusters, we don't need a rehashing of that story.
The most alarming aspect of this for me is Paul Feig, who I think is a wildly overrated director who's right on the border of being a straight up hack. I can't imagine him making any of the sci-fi/horror aspects work, since he's a "that fat person fell down, isn't that HILARIOUS?" guy. He and the screenwriter of The Heat writing the story is far and away the aspect that most makes me think this will be bad.
I was kind of hoping after Harold Ramis died they'd just leave the property alone, but in my heart I know movie making politics are far too cynical for that to ever happen.
