Found at Tuesday Morning, this is so pathetic I had to get it.

There are no collector cards, just the one RiD image on the front of a piece of corrugated cardboard that's blank brown on the back. I don't exactly trust the "safety tested" claim any more than the "includes 4 collector cards" claim.

Petit Blocks - Robot Builders - SNIPE.png

I recently bought some "KO micro blocks" sets from "Daiso" in Japan. These are great value and very poseable. They are also only ¥100 (about a dollar) there. They've got all kinds of models, including cute animals, dinosaurs, Samurai and also these robot ones. They're are also two transforming ones, which I've still to make at home. I'm post pics of the transforming ones at this thread later, as I'm not sure if there's another more suitable place for them. Please let me know if there is an alternative, however. Regardless, I totally recommend these as cheap, good quality toys to quickly build, pose and relieve some stress.

A video playlist, showing quick builds of the entire set of the "Robot Builder's" (sic) line, can be found here:

Also, a young lad had got a vid of the full set here:

That's a great find, Dake! Cheers for sharing that with us! I hope a review comes out soon, hopefully comparing it to the (underwhelming, IMO) official version.

In other news, a possibly new hybrid "MPM BB OP" styled figure is out soon. It looks like a cross between the Wei Jiang "Fire Scorpion" and some other 3P and KO versions.

You can order it from the link below for around $279.95:

Or, ShowZ has it for around $249 (if you hurry?):

The toy doesn't seem to have fully articulated hands, which is disappointing for such an expensive figure. What's puzzling is that the same company decided to release an upgrade kit for this figure BEFORE it came out, which is a bit like the controversial "Day One DLC" situation sometimes encountered with videogames. Here's the kit:
