Rhino released the DVDs of H.R. Pufnstuf that included Here's Irving as an extra. Guess someone copied the video file accidentally at some point.

My guess is it could be (although as the video said, the Here's Irving video cannot be accessed with a normal DVD player, you can only access it via a device like a VLC).
