I'm guessing they were planning to update it to Rise of the Beasts next, but the movie got delayed and they probably didn't have either a Legacy or an EarthSpark look ready to go in the meantime.

From the subject line I was kind of expecting something more extreme. Like "coming soon: Combiner Wars" or the page being topped by a video of the Prime intro or a "20th Anniversary" banner.
