There are two problems both connected.

Consider this -

In both cases you need to be wi fi connected to use both I Pads and phones.

Also a lot of new aps on Google Play and others want to be connected to use them.

In these two cases this is a problem.

Not everyone is connected.

This includes me in that count.

So I and a lot of us need to be close to a hot spot to use our phones for the aps and stream.

If an app has no valid reason to need a connection but it insists on one anyway, it's spyware.
