Built-in Spoiler Bug?

Sorry if this has been addressed, but I didn't see anything when I looked. D=

Anyway, I noticed a problem with trying to post a spoiler using the spoiler option from the post menu bar. That problem being, nothing shows up.

What are you posting on? I've never seen it do that but I don't use it a ton. What does it look like on the post screen before you submit?

It looks like this, just without the edit buttons in place of the post buttons:

It's because there's nothing actually between the tags there.
The text in quotes is the spoiler title, the text that would be hidden should be between the first closing bracket and the second opening one.

Spoiler: See, now it shows up

It was Earth all along.

But when I try to use the button, like so...

It inserts it like that automatically.

If you read the pop-up prompt there, it's explaining that the field there is for if you want to give your spoilers a title. Once you hit continue, then you have the tags to put your spoilers within.

Oh, I see... a little different than the stuff I've seen, but okay.
