  1. G.I. Joe thread - 02/01 G.I. Joe Day Reveals: Doc, Torch and more

With thanks to Aquantis Trading Center, the Sunbow Marvel Archive now hosts over 500 Marvel Productions model sheets for the 1980s G.I Joe animated series. Covering most episodes of the series, as well as some of the post-cartoon 1987 characters. To view M.A.S.S Device, Revenge of Cobra and...

I've put together a gallery for the main model sheet pack at: https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot.com/p/my-little-pony-n-friends-model-sheet.html
  3. Sunbow and Marvel Script/Storyboard Archive (TF sections)

Across the 22nd and 23rd of November 1983, Marvel Comics writer Bob Budiansky gave names and wrote profiles that turned Takara's Diaclone and Micro Change toys into The Transformers. The 29 original profiles can be read, via a briefing binder Sunbow Productions sent to Ron Friedman, before...

On the Flutter Valley sets, Wendell Washer (who originally owned these copies) only boarded the songs. I don't know who did the story on Parts 3 and 4, but Part 9 is by Bob Kline, who is a legend among storyboard artists.

Last full sets up. Still some loose odds and ends to come, as well as a big model sheet book.

We are talking about AKOM in 1986. Compared to TF, this show lucked out. On the subject of comics, seems Wendell was one step ahead.

The inherent problem with asking the guy who just gave his 'A' material for the movie to effectively do another movie, but in rigid ten minute chunks and put everything back to the status quo when he's finished.

The Witches of Mount Gloom are cooking up a Dark and Dirty tune. The End Of Flutter Valley parts 3 and 4 full sets (with songs) are up. 11 episodes represented so far and still a bit more to come: https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot.com/p/mp-5201-my-little-pony-1984-1986-sunbow.html

  12. The Young Astronauts dialogue audio (Marvel Productions' lost series)

Some of you may have heard of The Young Astronauts, an animated series produced by Marvel Productions in collaboration with the Young Astronauts Council. Due to air on CBS during the 1985 season, disagreements between Marvel and the YAC representative saw the project delayed. In the wake of the...

Last episode of the series (not counting the re-edited special) David Wise' The Prince And The Ponies I've double-checked and there are four more sets still to come, with The End Of Flutter Valley and The Return Of Tambelon getting some rep.

  15. The Revenge Of Bruticus full dialogue recording audio

Thanks to the winner of a recent audio reel auction, who has supplied digital files, I can now present the full dialogue recording audio for G1 cartoon episode The Revenge Of Bruticus. 54 minutes in total, the recording is effectively split in half, with one group of actors doing pickup...
