2022 Lunar Eclipse

I used a $3 app called NightCap and a cheap Bell & Howell telescope attachment, plus steady(ish) hands and a lot of deleted bad pics.

Nice! I almost forgot but caught the end of it. I have a cheap kiddy telescope, but naturally I have no idea where I put it.

I caught it around the start of the full eclipse. It was magnificent.

I was tucked into bed when my husband came in to look out the window. Thank goodness for his memory because I always forget these things. We went down to the front porch and had a perfect view.

Thanks. I’m pretty dumb with cameras, so I’m not sure what type it is. Nothing special, a few notches up from a point and click. A tripod is indispensable.
