Metroid Prime 4 Goes Back To The Drawing Board

Some bad news out of Nintendo this morning, Metroid Prime 4 has been scrapped. Read on for more details!

While the game will continue to be made, all the progress and work that they have made over the last couple years will be discarded. Check out the video from Shinya Takahashi, Nintendo’s head of development below:

The game was originally announced back at E3 in 2017, but never had an update until now. While this game will come out eventually, it will be several more years before then, and possibly be made for the Switch’s successor.
