Video Review for Power of the Primes Battletrap

YouTuber Daniel Tan (xcorpeo) has released a review of Power of the Primes Battletrap, the stealth release from Singapore who hasn’t been intentionally included in any official Hasbro solicitation so far. Tan details the features of the pair in all forms and particularly demonstrates the impressive articulation of the combined Battletrap robot.
Battletrap was known as just a pair of leaked names until the figures appeared briefly at a Hasbro Australia fan event, and no details surfaced about them until they unexpectedly appeared at retail in Singapore in the middle of last week.
A unique pair of figures among the Power of the Primes lineup otherwise geared for five-bot combinations and Prime Master interaction, Battleslash and Roadtrap ditch the Prime Master cockpits otherwise universal in the Legends price point, and instead use a bespoke combination system (namely, Roadtrap’s head) to combine into a near-Deluxe figure.

Battleslash and Roadtrap, along with Windcharger retool Tailgate, make up the second wave of Power of the Primes Legends class figures and should be materializing elsewhere in the world soon.
