Sue Blu to be Inducted into Transformers Hall of Fame!

Thanks to Allspark staff member Vexwing (AKA Magellan) for letting us know that voice actor and director Sue “Arcee” Blu is among the human inductees to the Transformers Hall of Fame this year! More details below and as they become known.

According to Magellan, this news came straight from Peter “Optimus Prime” Cullen during his panel at HASCON.

Blu has been involved with Transformers since the very beginning, and is perhaps best known for providing the voice of Arcee starting in 1986’s The Transformers: The Movie, and lending her voice to the same character several times afterward. She went on to provide voice direction for some of the most beloved installments in the franchise, including Beast Wars and Transformers: Animated.

Blu is also notable for being the first female (human) inductee in the hall of fame. The character she is famous for, Arcee, is still the only female character in the hall of fame, and was inducted in 2014.

Luke Jones is a Transformers guy! Sometimes he calls himself "Dracula." It's because he thinks it's funny. He lives in Arkansas and likes cats, hiking, and Famicom.
