Transformers fans will gather in Wichita, Kansas this weekend for TFExpo 2016, at the Hotel at Old Town in Wichita, Kansas. Special guests include fan-favorite Transformers voice actors David Kaye and Michael Bell, as well as IDW Comics artist Casey Coller and toy reviewer Optibotimus. Our guests will be meeting fans, holding Q&A panels and signing autographs throughout the day.
To celebrate the 30th Anniversary weekend of Transformers: The Movie, the historic Wichita Orpheum Theatre is holding a theatrical screening of the movie Friday night at 8pm. Movie attendees will be able to shop from vendors for souvenirs and see their favorite childhood memories on the big screen once again! A special appearance by Michael Bell is planned at this event. Tickets are still available at
For TFExpo, the convention will be open from 2-5pm on Friday and 10am-5pm Saturday (doors open one hour earlier on Saturday for pre-registrants). For advance tickets or more information please visit
After successful fundraising efforts last year, TFExpo 2016 is proud to announce the return of the TFExpo charity auction! This year’s auction will be held prior to the showing of Transformers the Movie on Friday at the Wichita Orpheum. TFExpo Special Guest Michael Bell will be on hand to help emcee, which should be a lot of fun. Various goods are being donated for the auction, but we can announce a VERY big one right now:
Titans Return Fortress Maximus!
That’s right, thanks to a very generous donation from our friends at BigBadToyStore, and thanks to TFExpo 2016 sponsor Optibotimus for arranging it, TFExpo will be auctioning off a brand-new Hasbro Fort Max!
This year’s auction benefits K-9 Karma Animal Advocates Inc., a pet rescue here in Wichita. 100% of the proceeds from the auction will go directly to this great organization. For more information on them visit, and for more information on TFExpo visit!

Correction: We had originally said the Fortress Maximus was a give away. It is in fact an auction for charity. We apologize for this mistake.
