Actor Shia LaBeouf, of Transformers film franchise fame, has been arrested in Texas for alleged public intoxication. The arrest by the Austin Police Department came near the site of the Austin City Limits Music Festival, which the star was believed to be attending this weekend. While this arrest will likely not affect the terms of the actor’s probation following his arrest last year for disorderly conduct in New York City, one cannot help but wonder what this means for his rehabilitation and very public battle with alcohol.
