Transformers star Shia LeBeouf hospitalized following on-set accident

Shia LeBeouf, fleshling star of the first three Transformers films, has been hospitalized, MSN Entertainment reports.
According to the report from MSN, LeBeouf, well-known to Transformers fans for playing Sam Witwicky, sustained a “serious head injury” while filming a stunt for the upcoming picture, American Honey. The scene called for LeBeouf to put his head through a glass window, but something went wrong and the actor sustained deep cuts to his head and hands, resulting in 20 stitches and 13 staples.
LeBeouf has already been released from hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, planning to return to filming by the end of the week.
