This May, Marvel Brings You An X-Men Comic Based On The Classic 90’s Cartoon

Which cartoon? The long-running early 90’s cartoon that introduced many young people to the franchise, visually based on the style of Jim Lee. Yep. THAT one.

Titled X-Men ’92, the comic will debut in digital-first format in May, with print versions following in June. The series is written by Chris Sims and Chad Bowers, with art by Scott Koblish. It’s based on the record-setting cartoon, and will feature the cast you remember and love, in the gaudy 90’s costumes that became iconic for a generation. You can read more about the project at ComicBookResources.
