Platinum Seeker Squadron Out! (in Singapore)

Thanks to Seibertron.com user Daniel Oon we have our first pictures of the Platinum edition Seeker Squadron set in package.

They were found in Singpore at an Isetan store for around (after conversion to USD) $80.

While Thrust and Ramjet were previously reissued in Japan way back in 2004; this is the first American reissue of them EVER. Even Dirge has spent over a decade since his last reissue, the 2004 Hasbro Commerative release.

Both the cluster bombs and null rays appear to be the original “shorter” length and not the comically long ones that were previously packed with Starscream when he was released in the US via Toys R Us.

We still don’t know how this set will be released in the States (or for what price) but with it out in the wild it’s only a matter of time before we find out.
