SPOILERS: Bay & Cameron Talk 3D, ‘DOTM’ Clip with Duhamel, Opening Scenes, PG-13 Rating
Heads up! Triple dosage of Transformers: Dark of the Moon news! And do mind potential spoiler materials!
First, courtesy of Collider.com and SlashFilm, directors Michael Bay and James Cameraon talk about 3D at a press event at Paramount Studios and 15 minutes of Dark of the Moon was shown! As audio and video recorders weren't allowed, Steve Weintraub of Collider and Peter Sciretta of SlashFilm created a video blog after the viewing and both seem rather pleased at the footage.
Second, how about some more humans? Josh Duhamel reprises his role as William Lennox and in this short clip, we see him getting his platoon of N.E.S.T. soldiers ready for an air drop, cutting to them jumping out of the CV-22 Osprey in wingsuits seen in Chicago during filming. Duhamel will be appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show today May 19 on NBC as well, so check your local listings.
Third, Cinema Blend has gotten a look at the first several minutes of DOTM, so be prepared to either skip or read at your own risk!
And lastly, Box Office Mojo has revealed that DOTM will be once again rated PG-13.
Sound off at our thread! Transformers: Dark of the Moon hits theaters July 1, 2011.
