Japanese 1-Pound Limit on Airmail to US

{mosimage}Recently, Japan Post Services has announced that they'll stop accepting airmail packages bound for the US and its territories that weighs over 1 pound, or 453 grams, indefinitely. Courtesy of The Japan Times Online and Majirox News, this was implemented as part of US anti-terrorism measures and the limit applies to other countries as well. Some venues, such as Hobby Link Japan, aren't affected for Transformers fans that import but it may affect others that use different services on having to choose surface mail, which will take longer.
