TF3 Updates: Tudyk Joins Cast, Detroit Casting Call, No Jolt, More Chicago Videos

{mosimage}Quadruplet of news on Transformers 3! First up is Alan Tudyk, Hoban 'Wash' Washburne from "Firefly" as one of his many roles, sharing in an interview with Mira S. Sharma of the blog From Hollywood With Love that he's playing as a fellow agent to John Tuturro's Agent Reggie Simmons. In Tudyk's words, his character "is sort of [Simmons'] assistant and weapons expert, computer hacker, cyber sleuth."

Next, Michigan Acting has sent out a casting call for extras in the Motor City, Detroit. Hopeful extras must be at least 18 years old, and can send in their info (age, height, clothing sizes, weight, etc.) to [email protected] .

Third, a just-in-case in that Nelson Lauren, webmaster of the Shoot For The Edit forums, has stated at TFW that Jolt isn't going to be showing up.

And lastly, several videos showcasing "things go boom" at the Old Post Office Building in Chicago, alongside a variety of footage of the vehicles themselves (including both Bumblebee versions), gathered together by the TF Live Action Movie blog.
