Universal Ends Talks with DreamWorks

{mosimage} While it's unclear what, if anything, it means to the Transformers movies and their sequels, Reuters is reporting that talks between Universal and DreamWorks distribution talks have broken down. According to Universal, DreamWorks "demanded material changes to previously agreed upon terms" and so the larger company ended the talks. And since when one door closes another one opens, an insider has told Reuters that DreamWorks has begun talks with Disney for future distribution rights. Again, there's no concrete information on just what all this means for the Transformers movie franchise, but it may be worth keeping an eye on.
