Trademark Trouble For Hasbro

It appears that the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) has issued a "non-final refusal of the Statement of Use" for the Hasbro application 76596261.  This application is for the use of the name 'Meister'.  This spells trouble should Hasbro wish to reuse the name on a future toy.  However, Hasbro does have the ability to re-apply for an extended use and the USPTO can accept the extension.  Or they can choose to uphold the refusal and reject the re-application.
