WRECK AND RULE!!! They've been spotted on the Chicago set of Transformers 3 numerous times. They're not the Stunticons, nor Omnibots. From Nelson Lauren, webmaster of director Michael Bay's official site and Shoot For The Edit forums, be prepared to be WRECKED AND RULED. Yup, the three NASCAR cars covered in weaponry are the movie-verse's Wreckers!
Read Nelson's post at TFW and sound off here!

Some Smooth Jazz... Seems the fans at Cybertron Con China were in for a treat today, as Hasbro representatives showed them images unseen by most. The images were of upcoming Generations, Power Core Combiner, and Transformers (2010) figures shown previously at BotCon. While these are mostly the same figures shown at BotCon 2010, these images are different as they are actual Hasbro publicity photos of the figures rather than mockup digitally colored images shown at BotCon 2010. Among the figures shown were Generations Jazz, Scourge, Thunderwing, Tracks, Perceptor, and Windcharger, Power Core Combiner Dinobots and Constructicons, and Transformers (2010) Lugnut and Grapple. Also shown among the Generations Legends Megatron, Optimus, and Starscream is a previously announced redeco (or retool?) of Universe Legends Bumblebee as Goldbug (dubbed Gold Bumblebee)!
You can view the images at TFW2005 and at ACToys. You can discuss the news on our forums. Thanks to Bass X0 for the news. |

Hot Rod?! Though we got a glimpse of him yesterday, TFW2005 member yizhi251 has uploaded new images of the upcoming Masterpiece Rodimus Convoy (Rodimus Prime) figure! These images give us a detailed look at the prototype of Rodimus, showing all his details. Of interest to those Hot Rodimus (Hot Rod) fans is that he appears that he might have a reversible face like MP Starscream, to reveal a Hot Rodimus face perhaps?! Also his gun looks to be composed of two separate guns that bear a strong resemblance to Hot Rodimus', he also has tires unrelated to Rodimus Convoy's truck mode in his legs, and several folded up parts on his back resembling Hot Rodimus' car mode. All of these details indicate he might double as both Rodimus Convoy & Hot Rodimus!
You can view the images at TFW2005, and discuss the news on our boards. Thanks to C16 for the news. |

Straps with this jacket? NO! Courtesy of Just Jared, we see various other photos of the actors on the set of Transformers 3 at Chicago, ranging from Patrick Dempsey hanging with two soldier-type characters, Shia LaBeouf and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley climbing over the "debris", and crew members amidst the smoke and "rubble". On the videos, thanks to TF Live Action Movie blog on a couple of them, featuring an armored car with the Decepticon symbol, plus a not-so-friendly Dempsey's character interacting with LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky.
Check the photos out at Just Jared, and the videos at TF LAM.

Share your joy! For those drooling over the new Transformers: Universe "Challenge At Cybertron" 3-Pack (the box of figures featuring new colors for Rodimus, Galvatron and Cyclonus), there's news you should know!
It was originally stated that this 3-pack would be available at a convention in Hong Kong, news that was met with more than a few complaints. Now however, comes word that it might just be a little easier to find! According to a release by Auto Assembly (who themselves will be offering the 3-pack at their next convention), "Challenge At Cybertron" will be a Target exclusive within the US! You can see the release, and share your comments here!
