Teresa PalmerQueensland, Australia newspaper The Courier-Mail reports that Transformers 2 will feature yet another blonde hottie from a land down under. Teresa Palmer, a relative newcomer to the biz who was recently named one of Australia's 30 "Stars of Tomorrow" in Screen International magazine, will step in to play an unspecified role. It appears no official U.S. press release has been issued, but The Courier-Mail seems awfully sure of the news.

American audiences may know Teresa Palmer from her roles in "December Boys" and "The Grudge 2." Click here for her IMDB profile, or here for the original article.

Botcon Script Reading on YouTube For those fans that didn't attend Botcon, or those that did and missed it, Allspark member Vangelus has posted a few YouTube videos featuring the Script Reading! This was a reading of the Animated script "Bee in the City" written by Greg Sepelak and S. Trent Troop and performed by the voice actors that attended the convention (David Kaye, Bumper Robinson, and Tara Strong. Producer Marty Isenberg also filled in for some of the other voices). A couple of fans (Anastasia Matejka "Fairlady Z", and Chris Ho "Vangelus" ) were lucky enough to get the chance to lend their voices too!

The Script Reading is in three parts: Part 1 , Part 2 and Part 3. After you watch the videos, click here to discuss the Reading in Vangelus' thread!

Jonah Hill In "Early Talks" For TF2? PDF Print E-mail

Jonah Hill According to Entertainment Weekly's web site, Jonah Hill is in "early talks" to co-star in next summer's sequel to Transformers: The Movie. EW.com says that the "Superbad" star would play the "comic relief" for the film, Sam Witwicky's sidekick (and potentially his college roommate, if the leaked casting reports pan out). Given Michael Bay's professed affinity for improvisation in the first flick, it wouldn't be a surprise for him to cast someone from Judd Apatow's posse in the sequel. With Transformers 2 just a month or so away from filming, we should find out for sure soon enough!

Thanks to Master Fwiffo for posting the news. Read the EW.com report, and discuss in Fwiffo's thread.

This news was brought to our attention by Allspark member lonegamer8, who herself was named by Tipton as the winner of the full, autographed script to that first Animated issue, thanks to her correct identification of cover artist Marcelo Matere.
