Barely the second day and Transformers Ongoing #1 is already up for its second printing come December 2, with a new cover done by Don Figueroa, courtesy of IDW.

If you haven't picked it up, talk with your local comic stores on reserving a copy and voice your thoughts at the discussion thread!

New images of Animated Thundercracker in package have surfaced, and the cross sells contain an interesting figure. Joining the likes of Rodimus, Wingblade Optimus Prime, Toxic Oil Slick and Fugitive Waspinator is a silver and black repaint of Blurr called "Vortex Blurr". Is he a reference to another character? Or simply a zombie returning from his crushed cube coffin? We'll have to wait for his bio to find out!

The two newest Animated Activator repaints have been sighted at Targets in Washington! These figures are Battlefield Bumblebee and Power Up Optimus Prime, repaints of the existing Bumblebee and Optimus Prime Activator molds.

Seibertron was kind enough to post up an interview with IDW writer Mike Costa, who's penning the Transformers Ongoing series! Ongoing will be gradually expanding the canvas, Earth-centric for a good while at the beginning, CODA created help tie up loose ends, his opinions on some of the other stories, and more!
