This ones added detail makes the template a bit hard to guess but... Hot Rod maybe? I think you can see part of the back fin under one arm...

-ZacWilliam, unless anyone has a better guess...

Ever wonder about the speed of Turbofoxes?

The goggles and big cannon make me think Cybertron Defense Scattorshot but that's a bit old.

You're far too young to be this bitter and angry at the world....

I'm reading that with Roy's voice. Heck, I read everything you post in a laconic Irish accent.

Its Flak if I'm not mistaken, they're all Legends toys and Scattorshot didn't have a Legend

Goes and looks...No, the details are all wrong for Flak.

Ignore the goggles he's wearing and the building gun. Those are added details Like Ironhide's gold fish.

Hot Rod still looks most likely to me.

-ZacWilliam, not saying he's definately got it but none of the other suggestions so far are nearly as close from what I can see as Hot Rod.

Energon Landmine.

Legends only, as far as we know

And yeah, my whole reasoning for Flak was that he was the only recent Legend with a large cannon. Hot Rod makes a bit more sense based on the chest design

Yeah, the hand-held building-gun and goggles seem to be non-toy added details like some of these have from what I can see.

The chest shape isn't perfect Hot Rod but it's close. The head under the goggles seems Hot Roddy too, and I think you can see a bit of the back fin in yellow under one armpit. There still could be a better match, but I'm not seeing it yet.

-ZacWilliam, btw What do we know about Ikebukuro that would explain the sky-scraper gun and goggles and doodled bird head chest art?

Well, I'd assume the chest design is in reference to a famous owl statue in Ikebukuro, and I'd guess the building-gun refers to the Sunshine 60 skyscraper, which was once the tallest building in Asia.

The big shoulder things just throw me off, man.

I'm pretty sure the big shoulders are part of his Ikebukuro-specific skyscraper design. I don't think they're part of the toy he's based on.

I'll go with Rodimus too, but he really would be good as Cyb Dev Scattorshot.
