@  TheMightyMol... : (31 May 2016 - 05:32 AM)

Oprah's couch has been reinforced by many years of smug. It can withstand great pressure.

@  Pennpenn : (31 May 2016 - 05:17 AM)

That just asks more questions about Oprah's couch, then.

@  unluckiness : (31 May 2016 - 04:43 AM)

Can it? Oprah's couch seems fine.

@  TheMightyMol... : (31 May 2016 - 04:42 AM)

Cruise's ego can crush planets. That counts, right?

@  Foffy the Sheep : (30 May 2016 - 07:38 PM)

Xenu is just Tom Cruise in a wig, though.

@  wonko the sane? : (30 May 2016 - 07:00 PM)

I'm pretty sure cruze just offers the planets to xenu, he doesn't actaull eat them himself.

@  Foffy the Sheep : (30 May 2016 - 06:57 PM)

And they both eat planets.

@  wonko the sane? : (30 May 2016 - 06:56 PM)

well, it was one or the other. I might have been confused because they both have huge heads.

@  Foffy the Sheep : (30 May 2016 - 06:35 PM)

I've never heard that before. Are you sure you're not thinking of Tom Cruise?

@  wonko the sane? : (30 May 2016 - 06:32 PM)

I thought galactus was supposed to appear differently depending on which species is looking at him?

@  Foffy the Sheep : (30 May 2016 - 04:55 PM)

Galactus isn't goofy-looking. His hat is the grandest of all hats!

@  PlutoniumBoss : (30 May 2016 - 12:58 PM)

And we run into something like the Galactus Fashion Conundrum. Are YOU going to be the one to go up to his face and tell him he's goofy-looking?

@  Foffy the Sheep : (30 May 2016 - 12:32 PM)

Maybe Miles's villains think you're lame!

@  unluckiness : (30 May 2016 - 11:07 AM)

I don't mind Miles but his villains are kinda lame.

@  Bass X0 : (30 May 2016 - 09:29 AM)

I just thankful they didn't have a black Peter Parker.

@  tffan01 : (30 May 2016 - 09:09 AM)

I would have preferred Peter Parker. But If they really wanted to make a non-Peter Parker lead, they could have made Spider-Man 2099, at least it has a gimmick (futurism). While Miles, imo isn't that different from Peter Parker.

@  Locoman : (30 May 2016 - 08:52 AM)

That would be cool. Ultimate Universe kind of went off the rails toward the end, but I always liked Miles.

Starscream looks nice.
Bulkhead just isn't as good as the FE version.

Starscream is indeed nice. But yeah, Bulkhead falls short of the FE.

Meh, I only need Bulkhead to keep in vehicle mode so his less than stellar accuracy doesn't really bother me. Starscream does look nice but I prefer the FE overall, still gonna get him though.

On the positive side, at least this time the tumor part of the gun is sculpted like a missile pod on both figures, so it's a functional tumor.

Those weapons are ugly, especially Bulkhead's in vehicle mode. Starscream looks pretty cool overall, but I don't much like those translucent arms.

I think I'll pass on these. I don't have any particular fondness for Bulkhead and this figure isn't doing anything for me. And those dang translucent arms on top of that weird weapon are really killing that Starscream.
That's more of a SMALL tick... BUT IT'S STILL A TICK!

Thankfully the gimmick mostly leaves the main figures alone....well... except for the translucent plastic on the arms that is. icon-wildride.gif

Considering that PRID Optimus and Megatron have translucent parts, that is altogether unsurprising. I'll just paint over em.

Admittedly, I think this Bulkhead does look much better than the initial pictures we saw, but yes, still much inferior to my FE version. That said though, if I hadn't managed to get the FE version I think I could be happy with this one, stupid gimmick weapon aside.

Starscream is nice too, but I'll stick with my FE version. I really don't need two Starscreams despite the fact that the FE is in scale with the other Cons and PRiD Screamer is more in scale with he Bots.

I'll get the figures, but I'll leave the weapons off of them. The weapons are just overly large, and don't add a thing to the vehicle or robot modes.

When you find yourself standing on the brink of surrender, know that many in the past faced trials such as your own, but overcame them with their great conviction.
No matter the greatness of your desperation, the failures of your efforts, or the injustice of your treatment, at least a few men have stared into the same challenges and emerged victorious from these tests.
Such men are not only a great source of inspiration, but also the very foundation upon which modern society rests.

For the love of primus, I HATE the powerizer gimmick so fracking much. It looks terrible, it doesn't function, the weapons are useless (not even having the decency of Voyager mechtechs locking open), and looks pathetic when attached to almost any figure.

That aside, the Screamer looks pretty darn good (aside for the cancerous transparent arms brought on by the above), and Bulky while inferior to FE in every way (as usual) doesn't seem terrible, though I wish his shoulders were wider set.

Well, I'm glad that Starscream's joints aren't made of translucent plastic. (look at the picture. There's opaque plastic underneath the clear stuff)
