That's a shame. I'm not really a Monkees fan, but I love "Head."

My sister is going to be heart broken. She had the weirdestbiggest crush on Davy. Well, all of the Monkees but Davy especially.

One of my favorite songs. I never listened to a lot of their songs, but I loved every Monkees song I heard. Mr. Jones will be dearly missed.

Wow, still plenty young and didn't seem like he'd be in danger of a heart attack.

66 isn't that young. Below the expected age he'd live to yes but that's still pretty old.

Ironbite-old enough for grandkids at least.

That was my first thought as well. Though I've heard of the Monkees, of course, and I'm familiar with some of their music, it was long before my time. But I am more familiar with Davy Jones than the others, due partially to having seen most of the original Brady Bunch TV series, but mostly because of his later appearance in the Brady Bunch Movie, which I always found very funny as a kid. We even had it on VHS, way back in the day. I had a bit of a crush on the girl who played Jan in the movie... I had (and still do I guess) quite a thing for dorks, lol.
