@  Smokey : (06 February 2016 - 02:42 PM)

I'd laugh more at cancer jokes if cancer hadn't killed my aunt six years ago.

@  Plokatron : (05 February 2016 - 11:46 PM)

@Dracula Hey the crab is cool too but this DNA monster is giving them both a bad name.

@  Plokatron : (05 February 2016 - 11:07 PM)

I like Cancer in Masterforce. Otherwise it's the worst and I don't understand how it keeps getting cast in everything

@  Plokatron : (05 February 2016 - 02:34 AM)

No Cancer is Disgraceful, Disgusting and Despicable! Blasted genetic abnormality thinking it owns the place. I worry for any who have it this year. 2016 looks to be a bad year for cancer sufferers.

@  Smokey : (05 February 2016 - 01:34 AM)

You're dethhhhpicable, 2016.

Can anyone point me to the wiki topic on what is under animated transformers helmets? I know I saw it a few weeks back. Also it is my birthday! So my wish for the forums is "Everyone take care and be safe" I think that's a reasonable request em?

@  Plokatron : (02 February 2016 - 06:12 PM)

Also I got my new Pc at last.

@  Plokatron : (02 February 2016 - 06:12 PM)

I still have it. Not letting it go.

@  TheMightyMol... : (02 February 2016 - 05:55 PM)

I had it at one point. Then I went to public school and it got misplaced.

@  LioConvoy : (02 February 2016 - 05:29 PM)

You can't ask what happened to something that never existed.

@  TheMightyMol... : (02 February 2016 - 03:05 PM)

Oh, so that's what happened to my faith in humanity.

@  lastmaximal : (02 February 2016 - 08:28 AM)

"Boy, glad I'm not him!" does sound like a familiar refrain for the workplace.

@  Paladin : (02 February 2016 - 07:48 AM)

nothing sets the tone for a work day like driving past a dead skunk at 7am...

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 06:07 PM)

Anyway I just ordered a copy of Allspark Almanac and the HoS graphic novel. Can't wait to see da trainsformers!

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 06:06 PM)

Very true.

@  Smokey : (01 February 2016 - 06:06 PM)

Also rat slime.

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 06:06 PM)

Yes but not Ghost slime. Just human and Bug slime.

@  Smokey : (01 February 2016 - 06:03 PM)

It doesn't matter what color slime NYC has, it's still been covered in slime for its entire existence.

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 03:05 PM)

Not to mention the series is getting a reboot this year. In July so none of that junk counts.

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 02:32 PM)

Not that kind of slime!!! Has New York ever been pink?! No that city has so much brown that it makes COD look bright and colorful.

@  Smokey : (01 February 2016 - 02:27 PM)

New York's ALWAYS been covered with slime.

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 02:21 PM)

Also since New York wasn't covered in slime back in 89 it's quite moot isn't it?

@  Plokatron : (01 February 2016 - 02:15 PM)

Stupid ideas that I can't understand why we keep bring it up. Are we humans just that desperate to panic ourselves?

@  Smokey : (01 February 2016 - 12:51 PM)

Gamera is really neat! Gamera is filled with meat! We'll be eating Gamera!

@  BillBarclay : (01 February 2016 - 11:28 AM)

@  BillBarclay : (01 February 2016 - 09:45 AM)

@  wonko the sane? : (01 February 2016 - 09:44 AM)

Nope! But in fairness, I was pretty drunk at the time.

@  Paladin : (01 February 2016 - 09:44 AM)

...does NOBODY remember "Ghostbusters 2?!"

@  wonko the sane? : (01 February 2016 - 09:42 AM)

Oh, yeah, the primaries. Yup, that's a thing that's happening. But it won't end the world till new shmuck is elected, and even then it depends on who.

@  Touch My Thighs : (01 February 2016 - 09:41 AM)

Looks like that American preliminary election thing is happening. I don't really get it, something about Iowa and Couscous.

@  MEDdMI : (01 February 2016 - 08:07 AM)

what, again?

@  Paladin : (01 February 2016 - 07:57 AM)

only 13 days left before the world ends...

@  TheMightyMol... : (01 February 2016 - 02:47 AM)

It gets ten thousand hours to the soul.

@  Boomhauer : (31 January 2016 - 09:28 PM)

It runs on uranium.

But Biollante was a mixture of rose DNA< Godzilla DNA and the DNA of the mad scientist's daughter!

Transformers is a brand that really has something for everyone. We are a darn lucky fandom.

30,000 years old? That's impressive, but has little to no difference to modern day plants. I wonder what else they can bring back?

Well, I remember the case when a newt found frozen in ice in the Alpes (also dated to be incredibly old) could have been revived. Did not live long afterwards, but still neat. (Tailgate, anyone?)

As for the plant, well, I guess we better prepare for the Triffid invasion. icon-hotrod.gif

Two major problems with that. The triffids were a genetically created organism, and they were made by the soviets... so it's not likely to happen.

Yes, I saw the new series on BBC, it was pretty awesome, but I go by the book, which was awesome-er.

And even then Triffids were only a threat after many populations across the entire globe was blinded by a meteor storm.
