This is the one that's already been up on YouTube for a good while now, yes?

Is next week one that hasn't aired anywhere yet?

ZacWilliam, waiting for Prime to pick up the pace story wise soon...

Yeah I saw it at BotCon. It was very good.

You don't really know what happened to him after Antarctica. As this one isn't directly connected to his involvement in that episode.

Yeah, I didn't think so, but I felt like the comment had to be made...

Pretty good episode, I think. Maybe Breakdown's a turncoat?
Transformers is a brand that really has something for everyone. We are a darn lucky fandom.

Both parts are up.

I really really liked this episode.

It was entertaining, well-written, and gave everyone a bit of depth. You kind of felt for Breakdown, caught between Screamer and Bulkhead at the end, and also I loved how unflappable Silas was.

I just can't figure out how anyone who likes Transformers could possibly not enjoy this show. They've got to be determined haters or bitter. Something. I mean, it's objectively good, a lot of the time. Isn't it? Intrigue, superb animation, this episode was oozing with quality stuff.
A little insight into the history between Breakdown and Bulkhead would have been appreciated, but I like that they don't feel hard-pressed to give us all the answers right away. Letting things continue to build, so long as the show stands to be around a long time.

Starscream's scheming is well done in Prime. I like how he is realistically trying to gather allies.

MECH is cool and a realistic threat since there are only five Autobots and five Decepticons. Vehicons don't seem to count unless the plot needs generics. It would have been relatively easy for MECH to snag a Vehicon for the technology without it even being missed.

Man, I love Transformers. I almost forgot how much during the hiatus.

Also I'm looking forward more to a Breakdown toy then I am Bulkhead.

From what they said at Botcon it seems like we'll have to wait till season 2 for the story to really pick up.
It makes sense. It often takes awhile for a show to really find its pace.

Not that I mind. I find episodes like this help us get to know the characters.

One thing I did notice was a much more noticable use of light sources this time. Many episodes with night based segments tend to be too dark to really see anything (the last fight at the digsite in Deus Ex Machina for example). That and Bulkhead must have been really careful to not hit any humans during his break in scene, that wrecking ball arm would easily turned those MECH soldiers into paste...

Still not sure how I feel about Optimus constantly talking like he's got his voice processor jammed onto "Epic Speech" 24/7, though it is an interesting contrast from other more recent Optimuses, like Primal and Animated Optimus.

Edit: Also, in Silas's ending monologue, I was kind of expecting him to be talking to someone, a superior. Heh, I even half expected to be talking to a "The President of the United States"...

What about not enjoying parts of this show?

Best episode since Speed Metal, bar none. Probably the best Bulkhead episode to date, and was a far better MECH episode than Convoy was.
Being part of any fandom is fundamentally embarassing.

Another one of those decent but not great episodes Prime's been struggling with. I hope Breakdown's one eye is permanent, but I dunno.

Mech is currently a more credible threat than the Decepticons. That's.... not great. Megatron was more interesting when he's unconcious. He's apparently taking leadership lessons from RID Megatron. Grr. At least Starscream had the excuse of that he's *supposed* to be incompetent.

Bulkhead totally killed like 40 guys. The human death count in this series rivals the Live Action Films.

7/10 - Way Better than Shadowzone, but still not spectacular. I long for another Scrapheap...
