@  zephyrX9 : (01 May 2016 - 01:15 AM)

my salt in not getting victorion has turned into salt waiting for TR rewind to go up for preorder. ho-hum

@  Verno : (01 May 2016 - 01:05 AM)

Given how TM Megs suffers from GPS, I'm sure many people would jump at a reissue.

@  Pennpenn : (01 May 2016 - 12:32 AM)

Out of all the hypothetical Beast Wars things, the one I'd like is a leader class Transmetal Megatron

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 11:18 PM)

They'd make a superb duo. If TT drew the line under BW MPs after those two, I'd be perfectly content.

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 11:15 PM)

I personally hope we get an MP BW Megs, especially if he has a rubber ducky he can hold, yeeess.

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 11:13 PM)

Bring on October and MP Primal so the anniversary celebrations can begin.

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 11:06 PM)

oh hey lok its tecs birthday

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 11:03 PM)

It certainly has, man. If it wasn't for BW I probably wouldn't be here.

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 10:15 PM)

Yeah, I threw a link in the Beast Wars Birthday thread. I'm keen to hear as many thoughts on it as possible. The last month has proven just how dear to the hearts of fans BW is.

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 10:04 PM)

I looked at it a few days ago, actually, I saw you post it somewhere here on the forums.

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 09:43 PM)

No, they're certainly after their own ends. Cheers for taking a look at it, Smokey. I appreciate it.

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 09:36 PM)

Well, at least you twisted things around so the Tripredacus council aren't minions of Unicron.

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 09:30 PM)

With Primus and Unicron, it was my aim for it to double as a celebration of the 30th anniversary of TF:TM.

@  Smokey : (30 April 2016 - 09:27 PM)

It's... Better than Dawn of the Predacus, at least. I could do without the whole Primus v. Unicron thing, that's been done to death.

@  Telly : (30 April 2016 - 09:25 PM)

i went off when i saw unicron

@  Patchouli Kn... : (30 April 2016 - 09:04 PM)

You shall not pass.

@  Touch My Thighs : (30 April 2016 - 09:01 PM)

Pass.

@  Verno : (30 April 2016 - 08:09 PM)

@  Telly : (30 April 2016 - 08:00 PM)

like paladin says, bbts and the like probly have them (or will get them soon) but are waiting for the hasbro release date before putting up pages

@  Paladin : (30 April 2016 - 05:10 PM)

something about street dates I think...

@  Pennpenn : (30 April 2016 - 10:25 AM)

Any particular reason it's not available in some of the ones I see more often like BBTS and TFSource and so on?

@  unluckiness : (30 April 2016 - 09:55 AM)

Might want to wash your hands after handling the toys if you order from the latter.

@  Paladin : (30 April 2016 - 05:48 AM)

Victorion is also listed in-stock here http://www.ajstoyche...tset_p_102.html and here http://www.poopoopan...Set_p_4832.html

@  tffan01 : (30 April 2016 - 05:42 AM)

@summer, I was wondering why it looks like an ordinary TF group instead of being about TFWiki.

@  zephyrX9 : (30 April 2016 - 12:18 AM)

ok so either ages three and up sold out of victorion or their system is confusing so i guess im getting computron instead. rip my dream of ladybots everywhere

@  Summer : (29 April 2016 - 02:07 PM)

The TFWiki Facebook group has long since been abandoned by the actual TFWiki moderators, and there's little to no affiliation with the actual site.

@  Paladin : (29 April 2016 - 07:58 AM)

Willis needs to make rent again?

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 06:46 AM)

Oh, are the Titans Return leaks up on there, too?

@  NightViper : (29 April 2016 - 06:41 AM)

Holy jive! So much porn spam in the TFWiki Facebook group!

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 06:34 AM)

SAVE THE BUNNIES!!!!

@  MEDdMI : (29 April 2016 - 05:59 AM)

I know I said I like steely buns, but I didn't literally mean buns made out of steel!

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 05:20 AM)

Alligators are really scary, because they can eat you. But you know what's even scarier than alligators? Flying alligators. With laser vision. Scariest environment imaginable.

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 02:24 AM)

Rook has a very firm butt. ;)

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 02:20 AM)

But his butt is down there, and that's what I want to look at.

@  TheMightyMol... : (29 April 2016 - 02:19 AM)

Rook's eyes are up here, Foffy.

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 02:14 AM)

Obviously. Rook couldn't very well win the swimsuit competition while he was stuck being a leg, now could he?

@  TheMightyMol... : (29 April 2016 - 02:12 AM)

....of joy, because he's no longer stuck holding up a heavy combiner and can now go do his own thing?

@  Foffy the Sheep : (29 April 2016 - 02:09 AM)

You hear that? That's the sound of Rook crying bitter, bitter tears.

@  Telly : (29 April 2016 - 12:58 AM)

my deluxe groove has shipped! soon i will have defensor the way he is supposed to be!!

@  Dracula : (28 April 2016 - 09:09 AM)

All I can say is their preorder and invoice system seems to work fine.

@  Dracula : (28 April 2016 - 09:09 AM)

Oddly I just placed an order with them this week. But I haven't received the item (Victorion) yet, so I can't really give you a review

@  zephyrX9 : (27 April 2016 - 11:46 PM)

anyone here ever shopped at Ages Three And Up? If so, how is their service?

@  MEDdMI : (27 April 2016 - 08:46 PM)

Don't remind me, they do that at my work too *shudder*

@  Patchouli Kn... : (27 April 2016 - 08:29 PM)

Oh yes, yes, it did.

@  Telly : (27 April 2016 - 08:28 PM)

and during christmas it just got woooooooooooooorse....

@  Patchouli Kn... : (27 April 2016 - 08:27 PM)

I used to work at a grocery store, so I'd hear those songs for 8 long hours...

@  Paladin : (27 April 2016 - 07:38 PM)

that feeling when you hear a song at the grocery store & it winds up stuck in your head hours later...

@  Kalidor : (27 April 2016 - 06:08 PM)

Site may or may not be sluggish for a bit.. running some updates and reports

@  The Doctor Who : (27 April 2016 - 06:00 PM)

Pfft, the Time Traveler was better. He built his time in the 1890's!

A fan mode for ROTF Legends Devastator. Now he can walk on all fours, kind of like he did in the movie!

I originally posted an image of Devastator in this fan mode in the Take Pictures of Your Toys thread. A tutorial was requested, so I thought I'd post it in a thread of its own so it wouldn't get buried by other posts so quickly.

Now that totally looks better than the official way to do it, and its more accurate to the movie so bonus points for that as well.

reverse the other part to make him stand up straight, as well.

I actually get him to stand on all fours using the stock transformation. IT's simply a matter of how you pose the arms and legs. There's no need to turn Scavenger upside-down.

I've done that too, but it makes Dev look more hunched over than actually standing on all fours. It's not as natural looking, definitely.

Well, that's how he was in the movie too, hunched over like a Gorilla. I find it perfectly natural for him.

I've actually managed to get him into a very close approximation of the pose in the original concept art of him

That concept art is not a very good representation of how he appeared in ROTF.

Give me ten minutes and I'll post a comparison of your way and mine.

That's because it's an early concept rendering. It's still a cool pose. I have mine climbing "rocks" in my set-up. I should take pictures, and will eventually.

I'm not saying it's a bad pose. I simply think my alternate transformation is more accurate to his appearance in the film.

Sorry for the horrible picture, but the lighting at this time of day is pretty bad. Still, I think it illustrates how simply posing the limbs differently doesn't look as fluid as turning Scavenger upside down.

Actually, I prefer just posing the limbs differently. He's more hulking and brutish, IMO, and I do feel still just as accurate. However, I actually manage to get a more forward tilt than you do in the picture you just posted. I'll post a couple of pics in a few.

Cool find. I have mine posed 4 legged using the stock transformation too because I like the gorilla-esque look. Still nice to know I can go true quadruped if need be.

That's cool, too. The only problem I have with it is that the head hangs down on a really skinny neck.

Nice custom paint job!

Yeah, that's the only downside, but it does work well, and is quite accurate.

And thanks.

Yeah, frankly he can stand on all fours by default.

It still amazes me how excellently designed this toy is. And this is coming from me, who really really hates Bayformers and Devastator's design isn't my favourite too. But I have the toy, and love it, it is so masterfully designed and a lot of fun to play with.

Thanks a lot for this thread. I once posted my own horrid attempt on these boards to attempt to get some talk going on how to do this. I should find it and post it when I'm not running to class. It was 4-legged, but it was excessively long. Devastator crossed with a Wiener Dog basically.
