The War Within Shockwave based on Don Figueroa's concept art. It's scratchbuild from styrene. Some of you may remember I started this guy 2 years ago. It was put on hold for about a year and I've finally able to finish it. He appears blue in some of the pics. Those were taken without flash because flash sometimes cover the details. I've included a couple pics using flash and the color is purple which is the true color in real life. I've also included a couple of pics showing the lighting (which can be turned on by pressing the button on top of his left forearm).

That is one of the funniest things i've read in awhile, especially with the rampant usage of sweet for things that aren't even edible, let alone sugary.

VPrime, could you perhaps do a tutorial on your use of styrene? Have you done one already that I don't know about? I've admired your work since your scratch WW Grim, and I want to learn more about the skill. I want to scratchbuild!!!!

No, I haven't written a tutorial on use of styrene. There might be one out there somewhere. When I get a chance I see if I can write a basic one.

Thanks for the compliments everyone.

Thanks, I would really appreciate it. I'm going to probably have to scratchbuild some parts to create my Animated Rumble and Frenzy, who turn into speakers.

Well now that's friggin' amazing. Seriously, you rock.

Ya know what's really awesome about your stuff? You're making scratch built figures from the designs of a guy that used to do the same damn thing before turning pro.
It's a beautiful cycle.

Yeah, the designs are great and I wish Hasbro/Takara would have made them. They did on a few of them I guess.

Thanks for the comments everyone!

Sadly, given the fact that Titaniums is dead, it seems unlikely that these designs will ever be made. I liked that line if nothing else for the unusual designs they used. If anything could have brought the Hearts of Steel series (one of my favorite sets of TF designs) to life officially, it would have been Titaniums. Oh well.....
