Speaking for pet lovers, I agree.

I think it would be valuable to leave this pinned for a while anyway, because the point is, we have too many cat threads (and too many post-your-pet-here threads) and if it's pinned for a while, it'll be easier for people to get in the habit of using just this one thread for all companion animal images.

Nocturne preferred Caturday, but I think Peturday is much more inclusive for those of us with dogs, fish, snakes, birds, rabbits, chupacabras, etc.

Those are gorgeous! How active are they? What do they eat?

They can be lazy at times, butwalk around the tank alot.
They eat frozen beef cubes, blood worms or, if you wanna be lazy, you can stick brine shrimp in the tank and they'll eat them. Half a cube to start off with, before moving to a whole one. Mine haven't been eating lately, though.
Axolotls come in 3 colours: White, black and gold, aswell has having spots. The colours mix too, and you can get tans, bronzes or browns.
And don't put anything else in the tank with them.
Or it won't be there for long.

The newest addition to the cat farm doesn't have a decent pic of him up close. But he's 1.5 eared and half tailed. And about 9 weeks old. Very.. energetic.

New bitties from mom's!


Thena and her new brood. There's six in that picture (look! You can see an ear poking out from between the second and third bitties!), but she has seven babies. I just couldn't get a shot of all seven together.


And these are Hera's little balls of fuzz. Five bitty orange babies! Last I saw them, she was hiding them under the piano.
