I have an LG Optimus T with Android 2.2. The music player is fine overall but there is something that bugs me. When I get to the end of an album it just stops. I would like it to automatically go on to the next album. Is there any way to do that? I don't necessarily want to get a different player - this one is fine except for that.

You can add all the albums to a single playlist and play them in order.

Yeah...I don't use the default music player either because I can't randomize music. I use Doubletwist instead.

before Google Music's new player, I would use PowerAmp. Winamp is also really nifty.

Yeah, you gotta add albums to the playlist. If you just pick an album and play it, you're basically telling it to play those songs and without adding to that playlist, it won't know to play more songs, since the playlist ended.

The basic Android player is pretty bland, I second using Poweramp.

Maybe it's because I have a Droid 2 with a later OS, but I've never had a problem with the default music player. You can make playlists, and shuffle to randomize. What else do these other music players do that I'm missing out on, feature-wise?
