Because it's not enough to be an alicorn, he has to have THREE horns shaped like KATANAS. And he used to be a Changeling, but he's permanently a pony now. And he learned magic from Celestia's long-lost brother. (Okay, he's just a pegasus with massive delusions of grandeur.)

I think the cutie mark doesn't work all that well. It seems just a bit plain. The only thing I can think of, is a hurricane storm, as seen from orbit.

There seems to be something I don't like about the wings, but I can't narrow what that is.


Edit: it is a good piece of work overall. It just there are minor elements that just could be improved, IMO.

The cutie mark is intentionally boring, and the wing alignment is also intentionally off. He's a boring pegasus who's desperately trying to be KEWL.
