So I'm sure most of you guys with PS3s know about this already (especially those who went and downloaded the Japanese version icon-fire.gif ), but I figured I'd post something about it. W00, no more playing with myself in Dissidia! icon-silverbolt.gif

Tried it for a while tonight; aside from having to juggle the keyboard, PS3 controller, and PSP, icon-waspy.gif, it's pretty good. Had a particularly bad connection in one room - probably me and the others in said room were too far from each other, as most other matches I played were either laggy but constant or at near-perfect speed. icon-ironhide.gif

If anyone's interested in playing together sometime, my PSNID is in the ID thread. The games I have are Dissidia: Final Fantasy and Phantasy Star Portable. Oh, and FF Tactics, but my troops are still pathetic. icon-wildride.gif

Wait.. so the PS3 now lets you play over the net with other people who have PSPs in adhoc mode or something?

Yep; you just have to download the AdHoc Party program from the PS Store and you're good to go. icon-hotrod.gif The interface is simple, but fairly functional; you can make game rooms, close and/or password lock them, and there's even a search feature that finds game rooms for you depending on what game is currently running on your PSP's wifi.
