The X-Wing at least 3 times, but I think it's more like 4.

The Snowspeeder I think just twice.

Yeah. The X-wing is even part of the current wave. The snowspeeder was released alongside the first release of Commander Cody.

Why can't they at least give the X-wing a slight head remold and recolor to be Corran Horn or something? Or maybe ditch the lightsaber and turn it into Wedge.

Good question. It's gotten nowhere near the attention that the Actis mold has.

Thanks to Clone Wars, kids know the Jedi. And if they don't know a specific Jedi, well they still know it's A Jedi. So repainting/remolding those molds worked. Especially since the paintjobs on the fighters varied so much

Making Luke into a less recognizable character, with nearly the same deco probably wouldn't work as well. It would still be fantastic for the fans, and I'm sure some kids would want it, but Luke Skywalker having the name appeal is most likely going to win out for the time being. If the focus shifts back from Clone Wars to the Original Trilogy and Expanded Universe, maybe then we'd get another pilot. Until then, you'll have your multiple Lukes and Vaders and you'll like them!

...but I don't like them, because they're not very good toys. Hell, I have the original releases and don't want those.
