Shadow Command Megatron doesn't look too bad. If I do decide to go for the Leader size, that will be it. Rampage is great, so glad I waited.
As for Ravage, not what I was expecting, but it is cool. While I already have Soundwave, this is different enough to make it worth getting for that ravage.

Yeah, it's the first time in an eternity, that Hasbro is getting Chrome on one of their figures, be it an exclusive.

Hmm. Not too bad, but not so great either.
The chrome certainly hearkens back to G1, and the color scheme in general should make him match somewhat with Infiltration Soundwave.
I'll just say I'm glad this repaint won't cost more than five dollars (because, let's be honest, I'll be buying way more than just three NEST:GA toys, so getting the stickers is no problem).
Evac is a nice surprise, even if I semi-predicted it. I like the mold enough to buy it again; I also think it's cool that an off-screen toy character from the first movie is getting another chance to shine in this line (also, this time his overall appearance in bot mode and his alt mode will be more like Cyb. Evac).
Good to see confirmation on Red Rampage, but I'm fine with my yellow copy.

The one with the red windows? He was revealed the same time as the Leader Megatron redeco.
So the rumors about a chrome Ravage turned out to be true (from a couple months ago - a Universe Galvatron redeco was also rumored).
I'm glad they're doing this, but I was hoping the Ravage was going to be a little more movie accurate (mostly all silver - not silver & black) with red eyes. Still very nice!

A black cat, with bright primary yelow and red detailings, chrome!... it's the little yellow circle on the leg that makes the connection for me... I think he's a Voltron Black Lion homage!
That "almost" makes me want him... had they remolded so he actually Transformed into something that wasn't a balled up Ravage figure I might be sold.

Sweet, and easy. I'll will defiantly get this. But I'm gonna have to get two of those 2-packs, since you have to mail the mission guide away.

I'll skip him and Evac, thanks. And as nice as the Ravage mail-away is, I think I can live without.

Its supposed to be the Rampage as we saw in the movie itself. Giving him a different name would have defeated the purpose of doing a red Rampage in the first place.
Although I do think "Predacon Rampage" could have been a nice name. The word "Predacon" has no meaning the movie universe, remember.

It might be nice to get this Ravage just to switch his lower legs over to the regular Ravage - but I have no interest in the two-packs.
Aren't we supposed to be getting a Hasbro version of the Takara leader Prime with the guns?

You're kidding, right? He's a rescue helicopter, blue face, red-white-red segmented vehicle mode coloration, and a mostly red robot chest and legs with white arms. What more could you possibly need other than the name?
At any rate, the Blazemaster mold is one of my surprise favorites from the line, and I think this deco looks really well done.

Bumblebee, Frenzy, and Megatron all agree that Movieverse characters are not locked into one body. Sure, we already have Evac, but this could simply be the same guy taking on a different helicopter model. Perhaps he wanted to be a rescue chopper that's not loaded with missiles.

Hasbro has never said as much. Even if they did release that figure here, I doubt he'd be painted anything like the TakaraTomy one. They upped the price of that figure a full 1,000 yen from the original's price - likely due to the extra paint and new accessories.

So were Optimash Prime and the latest U.S. release of the Masterpiece Prime mold, and we all know you can't really assume anything based on one grainy scan. The color could really easily be off by just a bit in the picture, and could go either way. Even if he's actually orange you can't deny that G1 Blades influenced this deco.

Evac may just coincidentally look like Blades (whose Legends figure has a slightly orange-ish shade of red as well), as there was a rescue copter in the movie very similar to his color scheme.
So if you want to take a lighter to your Human Alliance Sam, you can recreate the scene where the rescue helicopter miraculously HOVERS smack dab between a line of tanks and giant alien robots firing at each other and doesn't get a scratch on it!

It manages that BECAUSE it's an alien robot!
Indeed, it's probably using a Cyber Key based forcefield!

I would tend to think Hasbro would at least use the new head if not both the new head and weapon. But from what I gather it was Takara's venture (the figure was originally designed to have said gun - but it was taken out due to costs). I just don't expect it as soon as Takara's (December) and definitely not in those super detailed paint scheme. I would go as far as saying that that figure may be one of (if not the) most detailed paint jobs we've seen. Especially at mass retail (in Japan). Binaltech Smokescreen and the Masterpiece Seekers also come to mind.

Totally disagree.
Red on face, on back, red "sheild" on chest and top of front legs = Black Lion
All the bright Yellow highlights, especially on ears, back, and the yellow rings on the upper legs = Black Lion
The chrome lower legs and weapons are all at least as likely to be Black Lion derrived as G1 Ravage, as BOTH had those, and combined with the other deco-deails wich aren't G1 Ravagey at all and I stand by my oppinion that this guy looks a LOT, LOT more evocative of Voltron's torso cat.
