HEY! I'm glad I watched your vid, Optibotimus! I never would have realized you could get his doors turned downwards like that in robot mode, otherwise. That looks a million times better than the way it is in the instructions, and definitely gets rid of the likeness to Mudflap's robot-mode door arrangement.

I do have to digress in one thing, though. You mention that Skids is a little better than 'Bee because Skids has the cannon, but still has two hands. On the flip side of that argument, I'd rather have one hand with a rotating wrist joint, than two hands that are not only fixed, but are fixed in an unnatural pose. Skids' hands are stuck in a position that would be the same as holding your hands palms-up and level with your elbow joint. Not very useful for much of anything. This is the only real flaw with the toy, and I understand that it would be far more complicated to for him to have rotation joints on the wrist... still, for the price point, it's a figure that's only a bit larger than his deluxe version, at more than twice the price point. I expected a little better. Heck, I could easily have done without the crappy Arcee figure in exchange for rotating wrists.

Definitely a well thought out and concise point you bring up. I think the biggest reason i say Skids is better....is because Bumblebee, i hate having only one hand. I had to buy another Bumblebee to be able to put that second hand on the other arm of my other Bumblebee (i hope that makes sense haha). That cost me an extra 35 bucks to be able to do. I think Bumblebee is a better figure now because of it...and everything being equal...is still the best human alliance figure. But, having said that....Skids didn't require extra money to modify to make more of a perfect version. So things NOT being equal....i have to say, in my opinion that is, that skids is a better figure.
