Yeah, we've known for awhile that Human Alliance "Arcee" wasn't Arcee. Most pointed to Chromia, mostly due to the giant gun arm. But check out the bike mode again. That's definitely not Chromia.

So who (or what) is it? It's the red motorcycle Mikael rides to the Witwickys' place when she says goodbye to Sam before he heads off to college.

Interesting. I think most people presumed the bike was the red Arcee's as it was obviously not Chromia's in red. Make sense as that's the bike she rides the most in the film. I wonder if this could almost consider this a new character, being a red version of Chromia's robot mode with the Mikaela's personal bike as the alt mode.

Wow, you're right, it does look like Nightbird. I wonder if that's intentional, cause it sure doesn't look like the Chromia head.

Regardless, the rest of her bot mode is clearly Chromia. Heavily modified to accommodate the new bike mode, sure, but it's still Chromia.

I'm not seeing Nightbird.

It's by no means 100% Nightbird, but there are a few commonalities that may suggest an influence on the sculpt.

The cowl around the head is spot on

Ooh...that looks NICE with the extra paint. I don't have it yet, so I was having trouble making out her face from most of the pictures online.

I didn't see the mouth with the paint apps Hasbro put on it, so it looked like it had a faceplate. The shape of the head and the cowling around the head looked like Nightbird, though. It certainly doesn't look like Arcee or Chromia.

all of the bike bots have been mis-named, mis-colored, and mis-molded.

check out the movie again.. with arcee.. her arms should be opposite.. those same kind of things apply to chromia.

i really like the figures, they're just not as accurate as they could have been.

The sad thing is, if they ever make a HA purple bike, they'll have nobody to mistakingly paint her as.

I figured this bike was actually the third one we rarely see, colored as Arcee.

The transformation is entirely Chromia. 100% her. THe Bike mode frankly doesn't look like ANY of the bikes. And that face - it's just plain made up. It doesn't even look like any of the early Arcee designs I've seen from various concept art posts and the DVD special features.

When compared to how 100% Arcee HA Mudflap's 'Chromia' is, I have to wonder if the Skid's bike wasn't originally intended to be something else entirely.

I only noticed that there were triplets.

Nope, the third bike is an MV Agusta F4 R312, which looks even less like HA Arcee than the Ducati 848 or the Aprilia RS125.

Well in the end we dot two HA bikes and one Legend class bike all three are difrent looking and the colors are not too similar on the two that they call Arcee so I think I'm happy with how it work out.

How big are the Human Alliance bikes compared to legends class figures? I am fully prepared to buy pink Arcee to complete the set if they're close enough. Especially since we probably won't get a proper one. Though I would buy the entire cast of both movies in Human Alliance form. (Except Sideswipe. Unless I can get a killer deal.)

Edit- Also, blue-bike-what-comes-with-Mudflap is amazing. Especially compared to the other 2.

Maybe the Autobots just have an army of moto-fembots at their disposal.

I obviously don't have Legends Arcee yet, but compared to other Legends figures, I'd say HA Arcee from Skids is larger than a Legends figure.

Yeah, her "real" body in bot mode is about the height of a scout, but with her wheels extended as much as they can be, she's almost as tall as a deluxe at the top of the "head" wheel.

In related news amazon.com has HA skids new for 14.99 and ha sideswipe for 19.99. So you could get them both for the price o one an have free shipping. Which is what I did.
