1) Does Hasbro have access to the Marvel-created human characters from the original Transformers comic-book run in the 80's? Characters like Circuit Breaker, Rapture, Thunderpunch, Dynamo, and Death's Head (the original appeared in the Transformers UK book)--who actually owns the IP, Hasbro or Marvel? And if you do have access to them, what are chances of 3.75" or 6" figures for these characters?

QUOTE(Hasbro)
Any characters that were published by Marvel prior to their appearance in the TRANSFORMERS comic book series remain the property of Marvel or its licensors. We certainly understand the importance and heritage that many of these characters play within the Marvel and TRANSFORMERS universes. While we do not have any immediate plans to release these characters, we may consider incorporating them into their respective brands in the future if Marvel and Hasbro agree that it makes sense to do so.

2) What will become of the non-winning entries in the recent Marvel Legends 2-Pack poll? And will this list of characters see release or at least a similar contest/poll in the Marvel Universe line?

QUOTE(Hasbro)
Those characters will be considered for future polls and/or future releases along with new characters.

3) With future waves of Marvel Universe having a stand packed with them is there any chance you'll be selling JUST the stands to go with the figures that have already been distributed? Even if they're only at HTS that would be better than nothing.

QUOTE(Hasbro)
We are looking into offering stands on Hasbrotoyshop.com.

So, does that mean that the characters mentioned belong to Hasbro because they were first published in Tranformers comics?

I guess that means we need to keep bugging Hasbro for those characters either via the Marvel or TF Q & As.

It does seem to imply that Circuit Breaker, the Neo Knights, GB Blackrock, etc would be owned by Hasbro, while Death's Head, of course, is owned by Marvel.

Not Circuit Breaker. She appeared in Secret Wars II before her first appearance in Transformers, specifically in order that she could remain Marvel property.

GB Blackrock is all Hasbro's, I'm very confident. I"m not so confident about the Neo-Knights, but don't think they ever appeared in anything else. My lack of confidence there is due to the fact that Marvel was reportedly considering a Neo-Knights series at one point, which it's hard to imagine they would have done if Hasbro owned them, although it wouldn't preclude such usage.
