I need an idea for an alt mode for a side thing I'm doing, and I'm drawing blanks right now.

1. It's a new continuity, but many of the mechs on both sides are directly inspired by their G1 counterparts.

2. To make things more Hasbro-realistic, alt modes are shared by at least two mechs. In this case, the alt mode is to be shared between Springer and Blur.

3. I'm looking at giving them an alt mode that's commonly used as both a regular city vehicle and a (street?) racing vehicle.

4. I'm trying to lean towards alt modes that either don't show up all that often or are of older / uncommon vehicles. IE, Arcee, Paradron, and Bumper (male; the chest and head molds would be gated) would be a Volvo 740; Starscream and Skyhyper would be a Sukhoi T-4.

Any ideas on what I can do?

I'm a bit sad; For a moment there I misread and thought you meant Arcee and Paradron would be a Volvo 770. (Very different.)

As for Springer and Blurr... Hmmm.

'83 Volkswagen Rabbit? I've seen that done up with the wing et al...

Or how about really obscure, and go with a Lancia Delta? They've been used in the WRC...
