Well, when I got back from BotCon and had the chance to open up and play with my tos, I made some alarming discoveries:

*Skyquake/Banzai-tron set has two Banzai instructions/cards, none for Skyquake.

*Boxed set doesn't have the removable crane for Landshark attached.

I assume there is some recourse for dealing with issues of this nature? Who do you think I should contact?

If they have any left to send replacements, they will.

I had an issue with an ugly crack in my Bug Bite a few years back. I called them, arranged to send it to them, and they replaced it. It was pretty easy.
