Cheetimus Primal
Leader Class ROFL Prime is the toy I've wanted since the first movie But the paint aps still aren't good enough.
So now I embark upon my voyage to make this dude look HOT!

Detour
...ROFL?
Broken Kyle
I wish I had the skill for this. Or the money to pay someone to do it for me.
shumworld
you plan to open up his "mech alive" gears and paint app them too?
Cheetimus Primal
Yeah, he's getting painted head to toe.

And sorry about the ROFL... sorta. That's how I've read that abreviation. Since day one. I just write it as I see it now.

flames included?
Cheetimus Primal
Most likely yes.
Cheetimus Primal
I love this thing! I's coming along pretty decently.

That metal finish is sharp, Cheets. And though it's more visible in the first photo, I love the way you've got the head looking with the extra paint. Excellent so far, I look forward to seeing the finished work!
Ave Destron
Om nom nom.

delicious.
Jeremy
Damn, I wasn't really worried about the possibility of a Premium Series for this movie line, but this is making me want one. Excellent so far.

Looks good buddy.

Hey Cheets, did you disassemble him before ya laid down the paint? I'm pondering doing this for my Prime as well.
Cheetimus Primal
Nah, I do very little disassembling with my repaints these days. The only thing I took off of this guy were his Truck-brows and his head. I only removed the head to keep it from getting scratched while painting his torso.

Oh yeah, I took the chest panels off. They were annoying.
^o^CORVUS^o^
Gotcha. And yeah, they would be, but since they pop on and off, that's not too difficult to deal with.

I'll do as little disassembling as I can if I decide to paint him up, and that choice is pretty much an inevitability at this point *lol*
GodSentinelOmega
That is nice!

I'm now even more inspired to attempt a paint upgrade myself, especially since no major disassembly is required.

Looking forward to seeing more pics as you go further.
