For those of us who want to browsge responses and PMs at work, is it possible to make the text plain black on white background?

You can change to the Classic Gears theme for a more Windows-centric look.

In a pinch though, if you click on "Lo-Fi" version at the bottom it will dump it into simple text.

shouldn't you be working at work anyway?

economies are in the dumps and this sort of thing can't be helping...


Kal's right though, I've been using the gears since before they went classic and nobody has yet caught on, be it school teacher, librarian, or boss ... and I've been here since before browsers had tabs... its loads easier now.

heck if you want a secondary visual diversion, minimize a game of minesweeper or solitaire at the other end of the taskbar ... anyone looking to nail you for something untoward will hopefully see that first.

and you can always pass that off as a start up error.
