Captain Fanzone goes insane when he discovers that his wife was secretly a machine all along! can Sari and the autobots stop his murderous rampage before he kills the mayor?

So wait. There are only 11 episodes in season 3? I haven't heard anything about season 3 being short. Or are there really two more episodes between tomorrow's and the "End Game" two-parter?

I wonder if this is the episode where Fanzone is wearing the stockings and suspenders

Just once I wish Fanzone would have a run-in with Blackarachnia just to hear him say "This is why I hate Beast Machines!"

I fully expect it to be a loving homage to that one episode of Adventures of Mini Goddess where Urd silently wanders around town in the rain.

Great episode thus far. Sentinel Prime is a fearmongering McCarthy. With some general W-ness.

Now I really can't wait until he gets his comeuppance.

I'm so glad I actually bought the purple Shockwave now. Seems the time on the board is significantly off (by like 8 minutes).

I'm glad Shockwave was finally on substantially, and I always love Ratchet.

My one gripe? Shockwave turning purple. Sigh...any chance of Target doing that sale again?

Anyone who bought the Target purple Shockwave should be feeling very vindicated now!

Also, glad to see Jazz turning 'traitor' and Shockwave getting most of the airtime made me want to go out and buy his toy.

And he had the Peppermint Larry voice which was a nice touch (big guy, iffeminate(sp?) voice).

I loved this episode. I agree with everyone else.. I needz a purple shockwave now even though I hate repaints...

Watching Shockwave play whack-a-mole with ratchet for a good minute or so was quite funny.

Did Shockwave ever say why he had the hammer? I had to watch on low volume while the wife snored and I think I missed that part.

Jazz is now an earthbot, dunno why that didn't happen sooner.

No doubt Optimus will be the new "magnus" within the next 2 episodes.

Speaking of Optimus.. he had no airtime along with Bulkhead Prowl and Bumblebee... wtf yo?

I'm sure there will be some angry Animated fans if they don't have that purple Shockwave.

I almost didn't buy him myself (not really being into Animated's redecos other than the Starscream Clones) but I caved when I saw him.

Also, I'm cautiously optimistic about this episode's ability to put an end to ridiculous "Arsi" theories. Surely the fact that we now see that Arcee and Sari coexist will put an end to that, right? Right?

Best Shockwave ever, complete with the "2001" reference. Though I honestly prefer him grey; I don't own either version, but I'd totally snap up the original, if it ever hit retail around here, which it won't.

His eye looks like Hal and I believe he said "I'm afraid I can't let you do that" or something to that effect.


This was another "Low Road" esque episode with Corey Burton fighting himself. This one even had Rattlerap in it!

I didn't think Rattlerap was actually gonna be a character on Animated, but Peaugh has had a picture of his head as his youtube avatar for quite some time. I was literally just thinking "what if someone went back and did Beast Wars with Animated designs?" Weird...

Rattrap's name is "Rattletrap", and Flareup was voiced by Sue Blu.

I could totally see Lugnut getting reckless during the final battle trying to upstage Shockwave. Or maybe Starscream can/will use this to try and convince Lugnut to turn.

And the "Step on IT!" fembot was Flare-up, not firestar.

Yeah that was cool. I could have done with out Fanzone's snot at seven A.M. though. Some of the bots look kinda generic but I doubt they really were. I did see "Ratchets" with Autotrooper's head.

Also dibs on Tracks for an avatar.

Reminds me of Tidalwave and Shockblast from Energon, when Tidalwave became clouded with jealousy and loss any effectiveness trying to make himself look better than Shockblast. One of the few memories from Energon I haven't blocked out of my memory forever.

I was ecstatic to see Tracks, and almost fell over when he spoke.

And of course now I need to get ahold of Purplewave at some point, freakin cartoon! *sigh* Also, Arcee NEEDS to get a toy, so it better darn well get released and not cancelled because of the movie figs!

Looks like there's dissension in the ranks of the Cons and Elite Guard. Lugnut's getting jealous and Jazz jumped ship. The last two episodes are gonna be fun.

This episode only strengthened my adoration of Ratchet. I love him to death, and his concern for Omega and Arcee was so sweet. And now he's in possession of Magnus's hammer.

MACCADAM'S!!!!

Damnit. I wish, I wish, I WISH that I thought Animated was coming back for another season. I thought this was going to be a light fluff episode featuring the human villians (One last hurrah for them) or maybe even the Constructicons.

It ended up epic. Flareup? Grandus? Tracks with his G1 VA? RATTLETRAP????? Purple Shockwave? This episode was... AWESOME.

If the series was to continue, I'd bet Jazz and Arcee would become new earthbound regulars, so we'd see more of them. Damnit. I love this series so much... and now there's only two episodes left. I think I'm gonna cry at the finale...
