Autobot Ratchet is nice, but not worth a lot of effort. Hot Shot gets points for effort.

i just folded mine down (like your middle pic) and overlapped them diagonally (each fender facing his hips). I have total range of motion with the arms and legs and nothing popped off. lol! so, i guess u could say that i like the JAAM man! Thanks for your review! skipping ratchet.

Ooh, I like the Gundam Maxter gauntlets! The pegged to forearms look works better, in my opinion.

I prefer the forearms too, but I included the fists because they're more stable.

You made him look like Armada Sideswipe. Too bad you can't get both on one arm, though, or you'd kind of have an X-Brawn thing going on.

Well, given how many cuts I got from fixing up Ironhide, there's no way I'd do the same with Ratchet...

It's like he's got a pair of giant brass knuckles. "Let me introduce you to my very special friends: Ja and Am."

I gleefully passed right over Ratchet for Hot Shot, and I find him very fun.

But I don't think I have anything that he can actually hold, so I guess it's off to the hardware store for a 3/16 drill bit.
